not west virginia. >> live, local, late breaking-- this is wbal 11 news at 5:00. >> we want to go back to the breaking news we brought you at the top of the hour. >> let's go back to capt. roy taylor. have we been able to confirm any information not the victim and whether the person is a student there? -- the victimw that was shot was shot once in the chest and transported to a trauma center. we were able to listen and it seemed to be somewhat stable condition upon leaving here. they are not sure if he might have run into one of the rooms. we have seen a couple of officers coincide with bunkers to protect themselves. we are looking to see if the suspect is on campus. they do know the suspect name and they do have a good description of him. they have an excellent direction of travel after the incident took place. if you are trying to get to morgan state, please be aware that they have blocked off some of the road. they want to make sure the individual does not leave campus if he is still on campus. there seems to be a lot of activity going on and campus and city police are on the scene.
